First View of the Property

The first time I saw the property, I was completely convinced that it was not what I was looking for. I really wanted direct waterfront or at the very least, water view. I also wanted something a little further north, say along the North Shore of Lake Superior somewhere. Dad, however fell in love with the property almost immediatley and eventually convinced me to take a second look.

This time we hiked over much of the acreage and took pictures of the land and some of the nearby features, such as the Kettle River. After that, I was pretty much hooked and began the process of trying to get the financing in order. Attached here is a JPG file that contains the photos from that day's adventure.
